Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. carrots
1 medium onion
1 small green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender.
Drain and cool.
Cut onion and pepper in round slices and mix with cooked carrots.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.
Cover and marinate 12 hours or more.
Drain and serve.
This mixture should keep for 2 weeks.
