Onion Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. thinly sliced onion
    2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    4 c. beef broth
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
    Add onion.
    Cook about 8 minutes until tender.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes. Add broth, water, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Before serving, sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Yields 6 cups.
