Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion (more or less to taste)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together well. Place in a large, greased baking pan and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
    Serves 8 to 10.
