Rigatoni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 onions, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
oregano to taste
4 to 5 celery, chopped fine
2 to 3 lb. hamburg
1 can tomato paste, diluted with 2 cans water
2 to 3 lb. rigatoni shells
Preparation

Saute onions, celery and green pepper in butter.
Add hamburg and brown.
Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano and Parmesan cheese.
Add to meat mixture.
Cook 1/2 hour in pressure cooker or simmer on slow heat for 2 to 3 hours.
