Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. Bisquick
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Roll into nickle sized balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
