Chocolate-Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
dash of salt
2 3/4 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. ground chocolate with sugar added
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat egg whites with vanilla and salt until stiff.
Beat in sugar until mixture becomes glossy and stiff.
Fold in coconut and chocolate until blended.
Drop on cookie sheets, lightly greased.
Bake 20 minutes or until firm. Store in airtight container.
