Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
Preparation

Cream butter.
Add sugar and beat well.
Add vanilla and mix. Mix nuts and flour.
Add to mixture.
Roll into small balls. Place on greased sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or less. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
Later repeat until they look like snow balls.
