Barbecue Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. leg of lamb shank half, butterflied
1 small onion, chopped fine
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. red wine
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. oregano, crushed
Preparation
-
Combine together well all ingredients except lamb.
Add lamb. Coat, cover and marinate for at least 12 hours.
Place lamb on grill over medium heat.
Grill as you would a London broil, brushing with marinade.
Slice like a London broil.
