Virginia Ham Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion
2 Tbsp. mustard (yellow)
3 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. Virginia baked ham
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
3 doz. Pepperidge Farm rolls
Preparation

Dice onion and saute in butter until translucent.
Add mustard, poppy seed and Worcestershire.
Spread this mixture on split rolls, both top and bottom half.
Top with ham and cheese. Close rolls, wrap in foil and warm in oven.
