Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground sausage, browned and crumbled
6 eggs, beaten
5 slices bread, trimmed and crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne pepper
1 3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except the cheese.
Pour into a greased 11-inch Corning Ware baking dish.
Chill overnight. After chilling, remove from refrigerator and top with the grated cheese.
Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Serve with toast or English muffins.
