Valley Fresh Turkey Supreme - cooking recipe

1 (12.5 oz.) can Valley Fresh white turkey
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. frozen peas
Preparation

Drain and cut Valley Fresh white turkey into bite-size pieces. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, sage and white pepper.
Combine all ingredients.
Cover and chill.
Serve with crackers.
