Poor Man'S Pecan Pie(Yields 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. dark Karo
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Angel Flake coconut

Preparation

Beat eggs; cream in sugar and butter and add other ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
