Ingredients

1 pkg. (8) refrigerator crescent rolls
1 lb. turkey breakfast sausage
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 small can sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Separate rolls into triangles; form a crust in pan.
Seal edges together.
Combine eggs, milk and spices in bowl; beat until smooth.
Layer sausage, Cheddar cheese and mushrooms (drained) over crust.
Pour egg mixture over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, or until filling is set.
Makes 8 servings.
