Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 potatoes, thinly sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet.
    Combine soup, water, sour cream and parsley in bowl; mix well.
    Alternate layers of potatoes, sprinkled with salt and pepper, and sauce in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with pork chops.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Yields 6 servings.
