Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix, according to pkg. directions
1 pkg. Kraft caramels
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. pecans
1 (6 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Unwrap the caramels and place in microwave-safe bowl.
Grease bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
