Microwave Chicken Breasts Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. corn flakes crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. parsley
    2 chicken breasts (4 pieces)
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix tomato sauce and garlic in 2 cup measure.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes; stir.
    Reduce power to Medium; cook 5 minutes.
    Mix corn flake crumbs, Parmesan and parsley.
    Dip chicken in egg, then corn flake mixture.
    Place in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Cook at Medium-high until chicken is tender (9 to 14 minutes).
    Do not turn over.
    Pour sauce over chicken.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella over chicken, then more Parmesan cheese.
    Microwave on Medium-high until cheese melts, 2 to 5 1/2 minutes.
