Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. each: celery, carrots and onions, chopped fine
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can water
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in butter until tender.
    Add soup and water. Cook until tender.
    Stir milk and flour together.
    Add to soup. Stir in cubed Velveeta cheese.
    Cook until bubbly.
