Sweet 'Tater Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    4 Tbsp. hot water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 grated sweet potato
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with mixer.
    Lightly grease muffin pans. Fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
