Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
    3 c. shrimp or crawfish
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. hot sauce
    1/2 c. green onions
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/4 c. bread crumbs (Italian)
Preparation
    Spray Pam on 3-quart casserole dish.
    Saute first 5 ingredients.
    Add rice and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well in mixing bowl.
    Pour in casserole dish; sprinkle with bread crumbs. (Can be frozen at this stage.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. (Serves 8.)
