Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. ground carrots (raw)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, soda and salt together.
    Add oil; mix well.
    Add eggs; blend well.
    Add carrots last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
