Poncet(Filipino Lo Mein) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pork chops or chicken breasts
soy sauce
3 pkg. Ramen noodles (pork or chicken flavor)
frozen mixed vegetables, sliced thin (VIP vegetables or Green Giant San Francisco mixture)
peanut or sunflower oil
2 lemons
pepper to taste
Preparation

Place meat into a large saucepan or wok after heating oil. Cook on medium heat until cooked through. Add flavor packets from the noodles with about 4 teaspoons soy sauce.
Add the vegetables and squirt lemon juice and more soy sauce onto the mixture. Continue stirring until all vegetables are cooked. Boil noodles and drain. Add noodles to meat and vegetables, along with 2 teaspoons lemon juice and soy sauce. Stir together until all noodles are covered with \"sauce.\"
Place on a serving platter with wedges of lemon.
