Medium White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
Preparation

In double boiler, melt butter.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper, stirring until smooth and bubbly.
Stir in milk.
Bring to slightly boil, stirring constantly until thick.
