Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream (optional)
    1 can chicken broth
    1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
Preparation
    Boil chicken for 1 hour or until tender.
    Set aside to cool slightly.
    In a medium saucepan, stir together the soup, milk and broth.
    Bring to boil.
    Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, if desired.
    Break chicken into pieces and stir into soup mixture. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
