Jalapeno Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. 3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter
dash of garlic salt
2 (12 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn
8 oz. chopped jalapeno peppers or to taste (3 or 4 peppers)
Preparation

Mix cheese, milk, butter and garlic salt in saucepan over low heat until melted.
Add drained corn and peppers.
Bake in buttered casserole dish at 350\u00b0 until heated through and bubbly. Yield: 10 servings.
