Potato And Ham Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 carrots, slivered
3 stalks celery, cut up
1 large onion, chopped finely
1 c. chopped ham
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 c. flour
bacon pieces
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Boil potatoes and carrots in 6 cups water.
Simmer onion, celery and ham together for 15 minutes in 3 cups water and add 1/2 cup flour.
Drain potatoes and carrots; add additional 1/2 cup flour and 1 cup milk.
Stir until thickened.
Crumble bacon on top.
