Frog Eye Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. acini di pepe macaroni
1 (20 oz.) can crushed or chunk pineapple
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Combine pineapple juice, sugar, egg yolk and flour in saucepan.
Cook until thick; cool about 2 hours.
Cook and cool macaroni as directed.
When sauce and macaroni have cooled, combine together and add all other ingredients.
May add coconut, if desired.
