Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. graham crackers, divided
    2 (3.4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
    3 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Layer 1/3 of the graham crackers in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine pudding mix and 3 cups milk in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat at low speed with an electric mixer (about 2 minutes).
    Fold in whipped topping; spoon half of the mixture on graham crackers. Repeat layers, ending with graham crackers.
    You may not need all the crackers.
    Combine sugar, butter and 1/3 cup milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, stirring often.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in morsels.
    Spoon over crackers and top with pecans.
    Cover and chill 8 hours.
    Yields 12 to 15 servings.
