Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. frozen spinach souffle
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Remove souffle from foil; divide in half with sharp knife. Return half to freezer.
    Defrost in microwave on High 2 to 5 minutes. Mix in other ingredients.
    Stuff mushroom caps.
    Arrange on paper towel-lined plate.
    Cook on High 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, rotating plate twice.
