Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    2 c. white sugar
    2 c. sweet milk
    2 c. sweet potatoes, grated or boiled
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Mix persimmon, sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs and milk together. Add flour mixture (dry ingredients, which have been mixed together), a little at a time, beating until smooth after each addition.
    Stir in butter.
    Pour mixture into greased and floured baking pan.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until firm, about 1 1/4 hours. Nuts, raisins or coconut may be added, if desired.
