Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 c. apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar through the apples.
Combine oil, nuts, eggs and vanilla and add to apple mixture.
Stir together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and add to first mixture, stirring until all ingredients are well mixed.
Pour into greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch).
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes.
This is a moist cake that keeps well.
It is especially good served with whipped cream on top.
Serves 15.
