Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. finely diced onion
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. chipped beef
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Soften cheese in microwave about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, no longer!
Mix all ingredients together, except chipped beef and nuts.
Use them to roll the cheese ball in.
Form cheese into 2 or 3 small cheese balls and roll in chipped beef or walnuts or both. Refrigerate.
