Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    dash of salt
    2 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine shortening, sugar and eggs; then add dry ingredients. Roll dough into little balls.
    Shake in Baggie with 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
    Bake on ungreased sheet at 400\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
