Crunch-Top Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar
1 tsp. paprika
2 (16 oz.) cans sliced potatoes, drained
3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Pour margarine into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Add potatoes in a single layer, turning once in margarine. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle on potatoes. Bake at 375\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
