Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    1 c. grated or diced Cheddar cheese
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1/4 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all.
    Bake in greased iron skillet for 40 minutes or until nicely browned.
    Let sit for 20 minutes before eating.
