Tomato And Ortega Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tomatoes
    1 can whole Ortega peppers, cut in pieces
    1 small onion, cut in rings
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    a little sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over tomatoes and let stand a minute or two to loosen skins; then peel with a knife.
    Cut out cores and cut into bite size pieces.
    Place in a bowl with peppers and onions.
