Oil Pie Crust(Makes 1 Large Or 2 Small Crusts.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. oil
1/3 c. cold milk
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix salt and flour.
Make well in center.
Next blend oil and milk well.
Pour in well.
Mix until it makes a ball.
Roll out between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
