Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) cut up chicken
    1 1/2 c. brown rice
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat together rice (uncooked), milk, mushrooms with liquid and soups.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Arrange chicken pieces on top.
    Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
