Upside Down Dinner Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 medium onions, sliced
1 lb. carrots, sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
5 to 6 potatoes, sliced
salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cover bottom of casserole dish with bacon slices.
Press the ground beef on top of bacon followed with sliced onion, carrots and sliced raw potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour on one can of soup.
Cover and bake until vegetables are tender at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
