Orange Sherbet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavored Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pt. orange sherbet, softened
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in
    boiling
    water; add sherbet, stirring until
    melted.
    Chill
    until consistency of unbeaten egg white. Fold
    in
    remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into a lightly oiled 6-cup mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Yields 8 servings.
