Mock Lobster Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. haddock
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium onion
    1/8 c. catsup
    1/2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Broil haddock, cool and then flake.
    Add celery, onion, catsup and mayonnaise.
    Make a day ahead.
    Serve with crackers.
