Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cabbage
    salt
    carrots
    peppers
    onions
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    4 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Shred cabbage.
    Sprinkle salt.
    Let stand 2 hours.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Cook and boil for 5 minutes.
    Let mixture cool.
    Pour over cabbage.
    Mix well.
    Will keep in refrigerator up to 1 month.
