Smoked Salmon Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
    freshly squeezed lemon juice
    freshly ground black pepper
    9 thinly sliced rye or pumpernickel bread, cut into 18 triangles
    12 oz. smoked salmon, very thinly sliced
    fresh dill sprigs and capers (for garnish)
Preparation
    Place the cream cheese and horseradish in a bowl and whip with an electric mixer or wire whisk until light and fluffy.
    Stir in the minced herbs and season to taste with lemon juice and pepper. Spread on bread.
