Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower
1 c. sliced radishes
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Wash cauliflower and break into florets.
Combine cauliflower, radishes, onions and chestnuts in a medium size mixing bowl.
Toss gently.
Stir together sour cream, mayonnaise and buttermilk dressing mix and pour over vegetables.
Stir well, spoon into serving bowl.
Cover and chill before serving.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
