Martha'S Sweet Potato Bread(Yield: 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 beaten eggs
1 c. peanut oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together and set aside.
Combine rest of ingredients, except pecans.
Combine dry ingredients with mixture. Do not overmix.
Stir in pecans.
Bake in greased loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
