Chicken Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped chicken
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix together with hands chicken, cream cheese, onion, celery and mayonnaise.
    Form into two logs and roll in pecans and parsley flakes.
    Put in refrigerator until firm.
    Can put in freezer. Serve with crackers.
