Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    Italian bread crumbs
    1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Peel eggplant and cut in round 1/4-inch slices.
    Beat eggs with 2 tablespoons water.
    Dip eggplant in Italian bread crumbs, then into eggs and again in bread crumbs.
    Heat all in skillet and brown eggplant (drain on paper towel).
