Multi-Grain Pancakes With Fruit(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. skim or low-fat milk
    1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg white
    1 c. berries (your choice)
    1/3 c. rolled oats
    1/3 c. enriched flour
    1/3 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/8 Tbsp. salt (optional)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Add melted margarine to milk, egg white and berry mixture. In separate bowl, mix flours, oats, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add the berry/milk mixture to the dry ingredients and stir lightly.
    Lightly coat griddle with nonstick spray.
    Cook on medium heat for 1 minute until pancake bubbles, then flip over for 1 more minute.
