Raspberry Ribbons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 C. Butter
    1\\2 C. Sugar
    1 egg
    2 1\\2 C. Flour
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    1\\4 tsp. Salt
    1-2 tbsp. Water
    1\\2 C. Raspberry Jam
    1\\2 C. Confectioner's Sugar
    2 tbsp. Milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven 375\u00b0.
    Combine butter, sugar, egg, flour, vanilla, salt and water.
    Beat and mix well.
    Divide dough into fourths. Roll each fourth into rope shapes about 14-16-inches thick.
    Press groove down center with little finger.
    Bake 10 min.
    Spoon jam into groove.
    Bake 5-10 min. longer.
    Until edges are lightly brown.
    In small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to make glaze. Drizzle over baked dough.
    Cut into 1-inch slices while warm.
