Jazzy Jalapeno Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 to 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine first six ingredients and saute until onion is transparent.
    Add 4 cups hot water with beef bouillon cubes. Simmer 35 minutes.
    Spoon into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover with cheese and bake at 375\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
