Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 slight heaping Tbsp. flour
4 medium eggs or 3 extra large
3/4 stick butter, melted and cooled
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and flour; let set a few minutes, until sugar melts some. Add buttermilk. Stir well and pour into pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 few minutes; turn down to 325\u00b0 until brown and bubbly.
